Question : Is there a Healthy way to lose 5 Kgs

In Details : I am slightly overweight, according to my height I think I am over weight by 7-8 kilos. Recently due to a health issue of a close friend I am very scared and donot want to carry extra weight. But at the same time I donot want to stress too much and donot want to join gym. Pls suggest

I think yes there is a way to lose fat healthy way by following some daily routine.
1. In the morning first thing drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon and honey. It clears the toxins from your body and helps to lose weight.
2. Go for a walk in the morning or evening for at least 30 mins to 45 mins. Please walk fast so that you burn some calories.
3. Eat smaller meals. Donot eat full stomach and break your meals into 5-6 sessions.
4. Get 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep at night.
5. Drink at least 2 litres of water.
6. In office do stretching exercises while seated and also get up and walk occasionally, so that Calories burned must > calories consumed.
7. If you can do some light weight training. You can purchase light weight at home and practice easy arm raises with it.
8. Eat more green vegetables, low carbohydrate diets. Avoid deep fried foods and trans fat products.

I think doing the above on a consistent basis will help you lose weight in a healthy way.
