Question : How to get a flat stomach?

In Details : I do exercise but am unable to get a flat stomach for last few years. What could be the possible exercises that can make that small bulge go away

Please watch your food habits. Eat smaller meals or food and east more frequently. This will improve the BMR and help you burn fat. Also drink a glass of lemon and lukewarm water everyday morning and have curd everyday. Apart from that the following exercises Do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge & “bicycling” exercise on your back. Jogging, running, swimming, bicycling, kickboxing etc could be very effective in reducing your stomach fat totally
